Core + Connection

Are you a mom looking to rebuild your core, and find a community of fellow moms and kids? The Mom Comm is here to empower and support you through your experience with Mom + Me Core + Connection.

6 week session - Tuesdays at 10:30 AM

*Children of any age are welcome to join you, or come alone.

Mom + Me Core + Connection

Learn, connect and put yourself first. Connect with other new moms. Rebuild your core and feel great in your own skin again.

Core + Connection is a 30 min full body class focusing on breathing, balanced muscle development, centering, control and mobility with whole body movement. We will work to strengthen our core and pelvic floor muscles, correct postural imbalances, increase flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness. All levels welcome; modifications and advancements will be provided. Littles can hang beside you or on you.

Movement portion of class is followed by 30 min+ of connection with fellow moms and littles, sometimes with a guest speaker.

Coffee, tea, refreshments will be served but always feel free to bring your own.

Our community provides you with the opportunity to:

  • share experiences + connect with other moms

  • rebuild your core through movement classes and access to our on-demand library of classes and workshops

  • hear from experts in the field related to different topics in motherhood (including a sleep consultant, pelvic health therapist, mental health therapist, lactation consultant, doula, and post-natal fitness coach)

  • put yourself first so you feel confident in your new role and know you are not alone

Cost*: $120 for the 6 week SERIES, or DROP IN when you can for $25/class - sign up on our class schedule.
