Our group strength program for women seeking a coached community environment!

Staying consistent with your fitness routine is hard but we're excited to help you keep going with this high energy, fun and motivating program. Not only will you build up your community, working out with the same crew of women over the next 7+ weeks, you will build up that strength, maintain it and feel amazing in your own skin. As an added bonus, you will receive meal and recipe ideas to help guide your nutrition choices (a key piece of the puzzle)!

Our Spring Session kicks off Friday, April 5th and runs through Monday, May 20th.

SPRING SESSION FEE: $220 (FREE for unlimited monthly members!)

MomStrong Includes:

  • 7+ week program with 2 in person workouts a week (14 in total), held at The Mom Comm Studio and designed by your coach Kristen with a strength, HIIT and core focus

  • A community of like-minded mamas supporting you along the way

  • An on-demand workout library to get quick and effective workouts done on your own time

  • A workout calendar, daily habit tracker and strength tracker to help you stay on track, hold you accountable and see your progress

  • Access to a private Facebook group

  • Access to Kristen 1:1, keeping you motivated and answering any questions along the way

  • Recipe ideas and nutrition tips

I love this program, it's been fantastic.
