Join Storyteller Nicolette in STORIES at PLAY. This is NOT a sit and listen program. This is a play peek-a-boo, tickle your baby's feet, let your 2 yr old throw straw in the air all in the context of story, story song or rhyme.
Storytelling is an interactive process which Nicolette has fine-tuned for the little ones after over 15 years leading programs in daycares and preschools. Both parent and child will be engaged in classic stories such as The Three Little Pigs, as well as less well-known world folktales. We will be sitting on the floor and moving.

30 minutes of structured play and story followed by 10-15 mins of socializing, and Q & A w/Nicolette, held at our studio in Salisbury. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat (we have some on-site), blanket, beach chair or cushion.

About Nicolette Nordin Heavey
While Nicolette has spent 18 years researching and honing her craft of storytelling, she says her talent is looking a child in the eyes and being able to connect with them and ignite their curiosity. Nicolette's playful spirit draws her audience into her stories and characters leap out.
Her repertoire draws from her childhood living and traveling in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This year she was awarded the Brother Blue Award by Northeast Storytelling organization in recognition of her extraordinary commitment to broaden and develop storytelling within her community.
