This small-group program is designed specifically for postpartum women (whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years past delivery). We’ll guide you through safe, effective, and progressive workouts that rebuild your core, restore strength, and help you move with energy in everyday life.

What You’ll Get in RESTORE

Foundational Strength Training – Core, pelvic floor, and functional strength work designed for postpartum bodies.
Guided Progression – Each week builds on the last, so you feel stronger, steadier, and more capable.
Expert Coaching – Led by mom and certified pre/postpartum trainer Kristen Bonito who understands the unique needs of postpartum recovery.
Supportive Community – Connect with other moms who get it—no pressure, no judgment.
Confidence Beyond the Gym – Feel the difference in daily life—lifting, running, playing with your kids.
